It’s time for our younger members to get in on some duathlon action! This run-bike-run event will give them practice with transitions and biking. This event is for younger kids and juniors that are new to the sport. At 15:30 the track will be very quiet, but parents should stress the importance of staying to the right side of the track while cycling and everyone must stay alert to other track users. Don't forget to bring bikes and helmets (they are not supplied) and your timing chip! Race Distances:
Kids1 = 0.5 km run – 5 km bike – 0.5 km run
Kids2 = 1 km run – 5 km bike – 1 km run
Kids3 & Juniors = 1 km run – 12 km bike – 1 km run
